During calibration, the bushings are precisely brought to the required dimensions with precision tools so that:

  • the tubes are guided in alignment,
  • the radial play is within the manufacturer's target,
  • the fork responds sensitively and is durable.

In short: Calibration optimizes the fit of the bushings for minimal friction with maximum guidance and stability.

However, we recommend booking calibration only for a new fork with a maximum of 10 hours of riding time.

If you want to have an older fork calibrated, book a service and the bushing calibration option!
